Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking, scheduling, or receiving custom lighting design, installation, maintenance, or removal services from HomeGlow Holiday Lighting.
HomeGlow Holiday Lighting provides turn-key holiday lighting services, including custom visual design, commercial-grade product supply, professional roofline and landscape installation, proactive in-season maintenance, scheduled post-holiday removal, and year-round climate-controlled storage. Service operations strictly cover designated residential and commercial properties throughout San Diego County and the Coachella Valley. All hardware, timers, and lighting elements remain the exclusive property of HomeGlow Holiday Lighting unless explicitly itemized as a permanent purchase on your service agreement.
By requesting a quote, submitting your phone number, or approving a proposal, you explicitly consent to receive transactional and operational SMS text messages from HomeGlow Holiday Lighting. Messages encompass appointment confirmations, crew arrival alerts, maintenance updates, quote notifications, and takedown scheduling. Message frequency corresponds to your project milestones. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS. For assistance, reply HELP or contact our central support team.
All formal estimates and itemized quotations issued by HomeGlow Holiday Lighting remain valid for fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of presentation. Pricing is formulated based on linear footage, roof pitch, landscape complexity, commercial-grade power requirements, and total labor allocation. Any subsequent client modifications to lighting layout, addition of greenery or ground stakes, or structural complications discovered on site will be documented via a written change order and billed accordingly.
Installation dates are assigned sequentially upon contract confirmation and deposit payment. The client agrees to grant safe, unobstructed exterior access to the property, keep pets secured, and ensure that dedicated exterior GFCI electrical outlets are active and operational on the installation date. Severe weather conditions, including heavy rain, sustained high winds, or extreme heat in desert regions, may necessitate automatic rescheduling to preserve crew safety and electrical integrity.
HomeGlow Holiday Lighting maintains active commercial general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. HomeGlow shall not be held liable for pre-existing structural roof damage, deteriorated gutters, faulty client electrical circuits, or damage resulting from force majeure events. Maintenance support is guaranteed within 48 hours for standard service requests throughout the active season. HomeGlow's cumulative liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total service fees paid by the client under the active seasonal contract.
